Refund Policy

If RecordTide isn't useful to you, we'll give your money back.

First payment

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any reason. Email [email protected], or contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, using the link in your receipt.

Renewals

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Renewal payments are not refunded except where the law requires, or when a billing error is ours.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. Timing depends on your bank or card provider.
